| Garland was founded in 1992 as a supplier of fresh garlic to the commercial and institutional foodservice market. Since our conception, we have specialized in importing the best garlic from many lands. We carefully choose the highest quality garlic and import it to our 18,785 sq ft processing and distribution center at our headquarters in Miami, Florida.
Garland has earned a reputation for quality products and reliable service. Strict quality assurance, reliable deliveries, and most importantly the development of solid customer relationships have made Garland a very well known supplier of fresh peeled garlic in Florida and the eastern United States.
At Garland, we understand that each client has unique needs, so we have developed a variety of ways to sell peeled garlic. We currently have more than fifteen items that vary by size, weight, type of container, etc. based on the best and most efficient way for our clients to sell or use the product.
Additionally, we have added other vegetables to our line of products including Shallots, Onions, Pearl Onions, and more. With each of these new products, we follow the same guidelines and standards of quality control that have made Garland a successful company through the years. |
